As of July 26, 2022, Waldner has taken over the company HAS Technologie GmbH. HAS has been a close partner of
Waldner Process Systems for many years and complements Waldner products, in particular
automation solutions.
HAS Technologie GmbH was founded in 1999 and specializes in innovative solutions in the field of
control, automation and electrical engineering. Core areas of the service spectrum are
the development of hardware and software solutions to support highly complex production processes,
from planning and realization to life-long maintenance. With 53 employees
the company achieves a turnover of over 8 million € annually.
Above all, the focus on the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry as well as universities and
research centers makes the merger particularly interesting for Waldner. Together with HAS
Waldner will establish new customer relationships in the future, based on the existing business connections in both companies.
The range of products, services, maintenance and retrofit in the field of automation systems and plant engineering will be significantly extended and synergies will further strengthen competitiveness.
Waldner Process Systems is experiencing significant growth and is facing steadily increasing demand. Through the merger with HAS, Waldner will benefit from the market potential and ensure long-term success.
HAS Technologie GmbH operates independently within the Waldner group of companies; in addition to the current managing director Hans Peter Blum, Jochen Eißler (Process Systems) joins the management of HAS Technologie GmbH.
